Our mission is to meet the needs of interested persons desiring our services. Our concept is: Less people, more space and more services. We also want to provide a measure of security that will assure the contentment of knowing someone is near and that someone cares.
Fern Terra is located on a beautifully landscaped 4-acre campus along the Ohio River. We offer spacious furnished or unfurnished 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments ranging from 860 to 1,600 sq. ft. with 9 ft. ceilings. Each apartment includes a complete kitchen, 2-3 closets and large handicap accessible bathrooms. Residents may personalize their suite with their own furniture and decor. Our residents may come and go as they please. We have private entrances and ample room to entertain overnight guests.

Chefs who are trained in the country’s finest kitchens prepare our residents’ meals. Only the freshest ingredients are used. Special requests are welcomed and may even end up on the menu.
